Sigma Studio Academy: Designing the Launch System

Turning a mentorship habit into a structured educational platform.

01 — The Challenge

Understanding the Challenge

Mentorship was happening informally and inconsistently — valuable knowledge wasn't reaching enough people, and there was no repeatable structure to build on.

02 — The Insight

Naming What Was Missing

The bottleneck wasn't a lack of things to teach — it was the absence of a system that could hold a curriculum, a cohort, and a growth path over time.

03 — The Strategy

Building the Strategic Foundation

Design the Academy as a system first — curriculum architecture, cohort structure, and a visual identity distinct enough from the studio's client work to stand on its own.

04 — The Impact

Proven by Results

A structured, repeatable program replaced ad hoc mentorship, giving the Academy its own identity while staying connected to the studio's broader mission.

Have an idea worth building?

Whether you're developing a brand, solving a communication problem, or exploring an idea that needs structure, I'd love to hear about it.
